Terms of Use

These terms apply to vyreonlabs.net, its pages and reports, and the emails and paid issues published by Vyreon Labs Inc., a corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act, Unit 308, 16 Varsity Estates Circle NW, Calgary, Alberta T3A 2C5, Canada ("Vyreon Labs", "we"). By using the site or receiving our emails you agree to these terms. The pilot and refund terms below apply when you buy the pilot.

Terms of use

1. What we publish. Vyreon Labs publishes statistical measurements of US-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds and of the options listed on them, with explanations of what each measurement means and how a reading compares with that security's own history. It is general market information.

2. Not advice. Nothing we publish is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or option, or an offer or solicitation. Our content is not tailored to anyone's objectives, finances or circumstances. A reading described as unusual, high or low is a statistical statement about the security's own history, not a forecast or a signal. Option-implied probabilities are model outputs derived from option prices under stated assumptions, not predictions. Make your own decisions, and consider advice from a registered adviser who knows your situation.

3. No individual advice or interaction. We do not answer questions about your own holdings, trades or plans, and we do not comment on what you should do. We may answer questions about billing, delivery, access and reported data errors.

4. Accuracy, delays and corrections. Measurements are computed from third-party market data that can be late, missing or wrong. When an input is missing or fails our checks, we publish that the measurement is unavailable and why, rather than an estimate. When we find an error we correct it and keep a record of the original. We do not guarantee that any content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site or emails will be available without interruption.

5. Your use of our content. We grant no licence to our content, data, software or methods, except as set out here. You may read our pages and issues, and you may share or forward an issue you received with others for their personal, non-commercial use, with attribution to Vyreon Labs. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not:

  • sell, resell, sublicense or republish our content or data, in whole or in substantial part;
  • copy, scrape or download our content or data in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, or use it to build a dataset, product or service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to reconstruct our methods, models, software or underlying data;
  • use our content to train or improve a machine-learning model;
  • remove notices, attributions or disclaimers.

6. Third-party data. Market data is provided by Intrinio and its sources and is subject to their terms. Third-party data may not be redistributed.

7. Payments. Paid products are sold under the pilot and refund terms below and the subscription terms shown at checkout, which form part of these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

8. Ownership. Vyreon Labs owns the site, its content, measurements, software, methods and trademarks.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Vyreon Labs is not liable for any trading or investment loss, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, arising from the use of or reliance on our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination. We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will email paying customers about material changes before they take effect. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any consumer-protection law of your place of residence that cannot be waived.

Pilot and refund terms

1. Seller. Vyreon Labs Inc., Unit 308, 16 Varsity Estates Circle NW, Calgary, Alberta T3A 2C5, Canada, vyreon.telemetry@gmail.com. Checkout is provided by beehiiv or Stripe; payments are processed by Stripe.

2. What you are buying. The Vyreon weekly review pilot: four weekly issues, sent by email and posted on the web on Sundays December 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2026. Each issue lists the readings across our 64 covered stocks and ETFs that were statistically unusual that week against each security's own recent history, shows how many readings were flagged compared with a typical week, and says what could not be measured and why. A week with nothing unusual says so. Each issue is general market information, not advice (see our terms of use).

3. Price. USD 49.00 for all four issues, charged once at purchase. At checkout you may pay in US dollars or, where offered, in your local currency; the local amount is converted by Stripe at its exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee of about 2–4%, and is shown before you pay. No sales tax is added. We add no other charges.

4. No automatic renewal. The pilot does not renew. Nothing more is charged unless you choose to subscribe after the pilot (section 6).

5. Launch date and refunds.

  • Launch-by date. We will send the first issue to the email address used at purchase by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, December 6, 2026. If we do not, we refund the full price automatically, without a request. If a sent issue does not reach you (for example, it lands in spam), write to us and we will resend it; your right to a refund on request still applies.
  • Refund on request. You may ask for a full refund, for any reason, at any time until 7 days after the fourth issue (January 3, 2027).
  • A refund is the full amount you paid, in the currency you paid it in, to the original payment method within 15 days of the request or the launch-by date.

6. After the pilot (optional subscription). After the fourth issue we will offer a subscription to the weekly review at USD 49.00 per month. You subscribe only by choosing it at a separate checkout. A subscription renews monthly until you cancel; you can cancel at any time in your account or by email, and it ends at the end of the paid month.

7. Price changes. We will give subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect.

8. Delivery and access. Issues are sent to the email address used at purchase and are also posted on the pilot page linked in your purchase email. If an email does not arrive, write to us and we will resend it.

9. Your contract copy. Immediately after purchase you receive a purchase email and a receipt. The purchase email links to the pilot page, which shows these terms with their date; save or print it for your records, or ask us and we will email you a copy.

10. Everything else. Our terms of use and privacy policy apply.
